Now, getting your answers from The State Bank of Faribault is as easy as picking up your touch-tone phone!

There is no usage limit with InTouch X-press, and there is no cost! When you call InTouch X-press, make sure you have your account numbers handy.

An automated operator will guide you through several banking functions, including:

• Account information and funds transfer (checking, savings, loans, CDs, transfers and more)
• Community bulletin board (bank information, Heritage Club, upcoming events)
• Rate & product information (interest checking, CDs, IRAs)
• Other services such as merchant verification & stop payments

When accessing your account information, you will be asked to set up a pin number. Once this pin number has been validated you will be able to access all of your accounts.
